Retreats WORK
When you set aside 3-4 days to immerse yourself in intense spiritual work, you often experience breakthroughs that could have taken months or even years to occur without this intense practice.
In the two day workshops, you will learn and practice the tools and techniques that will, over time, and with repetition, these create major shifts within ourselves that with practice, become permanent.

October’s boot camp is from October 4 - November 3. The Retreat is from October 25 - 28.

What to Expect During A Retreat
During the retreats, we will meet over zoom. This is the typical days and times for each retreat:
The last Friday of every month begins that month’s retreat: We will typically start at 3:00pm EST and end at approximately 8:00pm EST.
Saturday: We will start at 10:30am EST, and end at around 6:00pm EST.
Sundays typically close the retreats: We will start at 10:30am EST, and end at around 6:00pm EST.
Instructions for the Retreat and Discussion Groups
About a week before every retreat, we will have a training on the basics of what you will need to know in order to properly do the practices and get the most out of the retreat.
During the boot camp we will have regular discussions among participants. This is a time check in on each other’s progress, share experiences and stories, ask questions, and support each other’s growth.
The Practices:
On each day of every 30 day boot camp, we will focus on one practice. You will receive clear instructions on how to do the practice, and some days will come with a guided meditation. You will receive a homework assignment that will help you to take the formal practice you did that day, to your every day life.
The practices in the retreat are more intense and powerful than the boot camp practices. While we do mix up how we do these practices to keep us from getting bored or stagnant, generally speaking we focus on the most effective, science backed practices that will most quickly and efficiently move us towards our goal of enlightenment.

- Walking Meditation
The Workshops:
Every 30 day boot camp includes three workshops:
- A webinar before the boot camp starts, explaining the intention and goal of that boot camp, as well as the basics of what participants will practice and learn. This webinar is free, open to the public, and for everyone who is thinking of signing up for the next boot camp.
- A second workshop is done right before the retreat. This is for boot camp participants only, and will go over what to expect at that month's retreat, and how to experience the most growth and evolution during this immersive experience.
- The third and final workshop is on the last Saturday of the boot camp (unless that Saturday is a retreat day, in which case - you will be informed of the workshop date). This workshop will summarize all that was learned in the boot camp and retreat, and will help participants to integrate all that they have learned into their mundane lives.
