This retreat offers a sacred journey from emotional pain, confusion, and energetic blocks to learning deep healing, clarity, and inner peace. The process unfolds in four key phases, mirroring the way true healing happens when awareness is awakened.

Phase 1: Creating the Space for Healing (Restoration to Wholeness)

Before deep healing can happen, the body, mind, and nervous system need to feel safe.
